目的:探讨基于人脑MRI数据三维重建颅脑的可行性。方法选取1例成年自愿者行1 mm层厚的MR轴位扫描,应用哈尔滨工业大学自主开发的NASP软件应用体绘制技术完成颅脑的三维可视化。结果应用该技术可以清晰、逼真地显示颅脑的形态结构及其毗邻关系。结论利用人脑MRI数据可以实现颅脑结构的可视化。

Objective To explore the feasibility to reconstruct cerebral morphological structure by using human brain MRI data. Methods One male adult with healthy volunteer was selected to receive MR axial scanning with 1 mm thick layer. NASP software autonomously developed by Harbin Institute of Technology was used to complete the craniocerebral three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization. Results The special technique, the morphological structure and location of adjacent structure could be showed clearly and vividly. Conclusion Based on the human brain MRI image data,the brain three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization could be completed.
