目的:观察北五味子粗多糖( SCP )对酒精诱导小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其作用机制.方法采用50%乙醇12 mL/kg灌胃建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测小鼠肝质量指数,血清中转氨酶活性( ALT和AST)和甘油三脂( TG)水平,肝组织中丙二醛( MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽( GSH)含量、一氧化氮合酶( NOS)活性以及HE染色观察肝脏病理学改变.结果北五味子粗多糖可明显降低小鼠肝质量指数,血清ALT,AST以及TG水平( P<0.05),同时使小鼠肝组织MDA水平和NOS活性显著下降,GSH水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),并可改善小鼠肝脏病理损伤.结论 SCP具有明显的肝保护作用,机制可能与抗氧化有关.

목적:관찰북오미자조다당( SCP )대주정유도소서급성간손상적보호작용,탐토기작용궤제.방법채용50%을순12 mL/kg관위건립소서급성간손상모형,검측소서간질량지수,혈청중전안매활성( ALT화AST)화감유삼지( TG)수평,간조직중병이철( MDA)、환원형곡광감태( GSH)함량、일양화담합매( NOS)활성이급HE염색관찰간장병이학개변.결과북오미자조다당가명현강저소서간질량지수,혈청ALT,AST이급TG수평( P<0.05),동시사소서간조직MDA수평화NOS활성현저하강,GSH수평승고(P<0.05혹P<0.01),병가개선소서간장병리손상.결론 SCP구유명현적간보호작용,궤제가능여항양화유관.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide(SCP) on liver injury and explore its mechanism. Methods An acute alcoholic liver injury model in mice was induced,and the liver weight index,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) activities,triglyceride (TG) level in serum,malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced glutathione(GSH) contents,and nitric oxide synthase ( NOS) activity in the liver tissues were tested. HE staining was performed for observing pathological changes of the liver tissues. Results SCP significantly decreased liver index of mice,ALT,AST activities and TG levels in serum(P<0. 05). Meanwhile,the leve of MDA contents and NOS activities in the liver tissues were reduced significantly,and GSH levels in the liver tissues were increased by SCP(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Moreover,SCP significantly reduced pathological injury of liver cells. Conclusion SCP had a significant protective effect on alcohol-induced acute liver injury,which might be related to its anti-oxidant activity.
