For a copper-bearing iron ore with copper grade of 0.3 1%,due to the complex disseminated relationship of its copper-bearing minerals,this ore characteristic brings much trouble in separating copper by flotation.A mineral processing test is conducted by adopting a new collector DY-1 and better indicators with copper concentrate grade of 1 5.6 7% and recovery of 56.85% are obtained through the closed-circuit test flow in the sequence of one roughing,two cleaning and one middling-scavenging.
