As No.3 shaft of Tongkeng Mine is designed to be around thousand meters deep, in order to ensure construction safety in the process of building shaft, a thorough field reconnaissance for the site has been conducted by geologists and preliminary geological forecast has been carried out by reference to geological data of vicinal boreholes and underground tunnel.Adverse geologic phenomena like geological faults,fracture zones,dyke,water inflow that are probably encountered during shaft sinking are pointed out and prevention and control suggestions are put forward correspondingly, which provide theoretical guidance for safety production.
