目的：提高车祸创伤致失血性休克的急救水平。方法回顾性分析我院53例车祸伤致失血性休克的临床资料。结果本组53例中44例存活，9例死亡，其中6例合并有重型颅脑损伤死亡，3例因出血量较大，转院途中死亡。结论充分利用创伤评估系统及时评估，重视＂黄金1h＂及＂白金10min＂及合理的液体复苏可以提高患者的存活率。
目的：提高車禍創傷緻失血性休剋的急救水平。方法迴顧性分析我院53例車禍傷緻失血性休剋的臨床資料。結果本組53例中44例存活，9例死亡，其中6例閤併有重型顱腦損傷死亡，3例因齣血量較大，轉院途中死亡。結論充分利用創傷評估繫統及時評估，重視＂黃金1h＂及＂白金10min＂及閤理的液體複囌可以提高患者的存活率。
목적：제고차화창상치실혈성휴극적급구수평。방법회고성분석아원53례차화상치실혈성휴극적림상자료。결과본조53례중44례존활，9례사망，기중6례합병유중형로뇌손상사망，3례인출혈량교대，전원도중사망。결론충분이용창상평고계통급시평고，중시＂황금1h＂급＂백금10min＂급합리적액체복소가이제고환자적존활솔。
Objective to improve the traffic accident trauma and hemorrhagic shock first-aid level.Methods a retrospective a-nalysis of the clinical data of 53 cases ofhemorrhagic shock caused by traffic accident in our hospital.Results of the 53 patients,44 patients survived,9patients died,including 6 cases with severe craniocerebral injury,3 cases with large amount of bleeding,hospital died on the way.Conclusion make full use of trauma assessment system timely evaluation,pay attention to"gold 1 H"and"10min platinum"and rea-sonable fluid resuscitation can improve the survival rate of the patients.
