以采样动态流质样品阿司匹林反应液的拉曼光谱作为研究对象,向量夹角作为判据选择Savitzky -Go1ay平滑窗口宽度,对拉曼光谱进行分区间线性拟合基线校正。校正后的拉曼光谱与原始光谱的相关系数为0.9377,结果优于多项式拟合基线校正和db9小波滤波。

Raman spectroscopy of dynamic liquid in aspirin synthesis system was used as a study ob-ject. A piecewise linear fitting method was properly improved which was based on vector angle and used as criterion of Savitzky-Go1ay smoothing span number. After correction ,the correlation coefficient between corrected spectrum and original spectrum was 0.9733. The result was better than correlation coefficients of polynomial curves fitting and db9 wavelet filters.
