目的：观察中风后抑郁（PSD）患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）的变化，探讨二者之间的关系。方法比较89例中风后抑郁患者与50例健康人血清NSE水平的差异，观察中风后抑郁患者抗抑郁治疗后2、4、8周末血清NSE水平的变化，并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），对中风后抑郁患者进行测评。结果中风后抑郁患者血清 NSE 水平显著高于健康对照组（P＜0．01）；抗抑郁治疗后2、4、8周末血清 NSE 水平及HAMD评分与治疗前的差异均有统计学意义（P＜O．01），且二者呈正相关。结论中风后抑郁患者血清NSE水平升高，且随着HAMD评分的降低而下降，可作为PSD患者病情监测和预后评估的一项重要指标。

목적：관찰중풍후억욱（PSD）환자혈청신경원특이성희순화매（NSE）적변화，탐토이자지간적관계。방법비교89례중풍후억욱환자여50례건강인혈청NSE수평적차이，관찰중풍후억욱환자항억욱치료후2、4、8주말혈청NSE수평적변화，병채용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD），대중풍후억욱환자진행측평。결과중풍후억욱환자혈청 NSE 수평현저고우건강대조조（P＜0．01）；항억욱치료후2、4、8주말혈청 NSE 수평급HAMD평분여치료전적차이균유통계학의의（P＜O．01），차이자정정상관。결론중풍후억욱환자혈청NSE수평승고，차수착HAMD평분적강저이하강，가작위PSD환자병정감측화예후평고적일항중요지표。
Objective To investigate the changes of neuron specific enolase (NSE)in serum fluid of patients with post-stroke de-pression,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods To compare the difference of neuron specific enolase in 89 patients with post-stroke depression and in 50 healthy person,to examine samples of neuron specific enolase on 2,4,8week after antidepressive therapy in patients with post-stroke depression,and the patients,depression were assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results The ser-um NSE level in patients with post-stroke depression was Statistically significant than prior treatment(P<0.05),and the significantly higher than in healthy person(P<0.01);The serum NSE level on 2,4,8week after antidepressive therapy and the score of HAMD the differences serum NSE level was positively related to the score of HAMD.Conclusion The serum NSE level in patients with post-stroke depression is higher,and which decreased with decreasing of the HAMD scores .As well as,it may prove to be an index of monitor and prognosis in pa-tients with post-stroke depression.
