乙醇溶液中青霉素钠与苦味酸发生荷移反应，生成稳定的1∶1络合物。线性范围为4～60μg/m L ，最大吸收波长为391.2nm ，表观摩尔吸光系数为ε＝1.64×104 L.mol-1.cm -1，回收率为98.60％～100.5％，相对标准偏差≤1.66％。该方法简便、快速可用于测定药物制剂中青霉素钠的含量，结果满意。

A new method was developed for the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium based on charge transfer reaction. The composition of complex of benzylpenicillin sodium with picric acid both were 1∶1.The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 4-60μg/mL.The complexe maximum absorption was at 391.2 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was ε= 1.64 × 104 L.mol-1.cm -1 .The recovery rate was 98.60%-100.5% and the relative standard deviation was ≤ 1.66% .The method has been successfully applied to the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium in injection and cap-sules form .
