采用顶空气相色谱法,氢火焰离子检测器(FID )、内标法定量,对汽车内饰材料中释放出的苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯和苯乙烯含量测定进行了研究。分别讨论了顶空进样的平衡时间、平衡温度的影响,并进行了线性范围、精密度、回收率等试验。结果表明:7种苯类化合物线性范围为0.50~80mg/kg ;相关系数大于0.999;方法检测限范围为0.10~0.30mg/kg ;平均回收率在92.6%~107.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5.5%。本方法中常见挥发物对苯类的测定无干扰,适合于汽车内部皮革、塑料以及纺织品等材料的检测。

A method for determination of volatile benzene series in automobile interior decoration mate-rials ,which including benzene ,toluene ,ethylbenzene ,xylene and styrene ,was developed in this paper.The volatile benzene series were determined by the headspace gas chromatography equipped with a FID , and the contents were calculated by the internal standard method. The balance time and the balance tem-perature of headspace injection were discussed. The linearity range ,the precision and the recovery of this method were performed. The results showed that the linearity range of seven kinds of benzene series were 0.50-80mg/kg , the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 , the detection limits were 0.10 -0.30mg/kg ,the average recovery rate ranged from 92.6% to 107.1% ,and the relative standard deviations (n=6) were less than 5.5%. The quantization of the benzene series cannot be disturbed by other volatile organic compounds in the method. This method can be applied to the determination of the volatile benzene series in automobile interior decoration materials such as leathers ,plastics and fabric ,etc.
