目的:探讨99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像与血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)诊断前列腺癌骨转移的临床价值。方法对60例经临床确诊的前列腺癌患者行99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像及血清PSA测定,并对骨转移与PSA水平进行相关性分析。结果前列腺癌患者骨转移的发生率为72.5%。前列腺癌骨转移组和非骨转移组患者的PSA水平比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。随着骨显像分级升高,血清PSA水平逐渐升高,且两者呈正相关。PSA>20 ng/ml时患者骨转移发生率为90.7%,而PSA≤20 ng/ml时,患者骨转移发生率为35.3%。结论99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像与血清PSA联合检测对前列腺癌的临床诊断具有重要指导意义,血清PSA水平与前列腺癌骨转移程度呈正相关。

목적:탐토99Tcm-MDP전신골현상여혈청전렬선특이성항원(PSA)진단전렬선암골전이적림상개치。방법대60례경림상학진적전렬선암환자행99Tcm-MDP전신골현상급혈청PSA측정,병대골전이여PSA수평진행상관성분석。결과전렬선암환자골전이적발생솔위72.5%。전렬선암골전이조화비골전이조환자적PSA수평비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。수착골현상분급승고,혈청PSA수평축점승고,차량자정정상관。PSA>20 ng/ml시환자골전이발생솔위90.7%,이PSA≤20 ng/ml시,환자골전이발생솔위35.3%。결론99Tcm-MDP전신골현상여혈청PSA연합검측대전렬선암적림상진단구유중요지도의의,혈청PSA수평여전렬선암골전이정도정정상관。
Objective Discussion 99Tcm-MDP whole body bone scan and serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) clinical value of diagnosis of prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Method In 60 cases of clinically diagnosed prostate cancer patients underwent whole body bone imaging and serum PSA determination, and the bone metastasis and PSA levels by correlation analysis. Result Prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis rate was 72.5%. There is a signiifcant difference between the level of PSA prostate cancer bone metastasis group and non bone metastasis group (P < 0.05). Along with the bone imaging grading increased, the level of serum PSA increased gradually, and the correlation between. PSA>20 ng/ml in patients with bone metastasis rate was 90.7%, and PSA≤20 ng/ml, the incidence rate of 35.3%prostate cancer bone metastasis. Conclusion 99Tcm-MDP whole body bone imaging combined with serum PSA test has important guiding signiifcance for the clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.
