目的:探讨EV71手足口病患儿检测神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)、S-100B蛋白的临床意义。方法选择本院收治的50例重症手足口病患儿为重症组,50例普通型手足口病患儿为普通组,选择30例健康儿童为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定三组研究对象血清NSE和S-100B蛋白表达水平。采用电泳法检测CK-BB表达水平,比较三组研究对象血清NSE、S-100B及CK-BB表达水平的差异。结果重症组、普通组、对照组血清NSE、CK-BB、S-100B表达水平存在显著差异(P<0.01),重症组患儿血清NSE、CK-BB、S-100B表达水平高于普通组,重症组及普通组患儿血清NSE、CK-BB、S-100B表达水平均高于对照组。结论手足口病患儿血清NSE、CK-BB和S-100B表达水平升高,其血清浓度与病情相关,检测血清NSE、CK-BB和S-100B表达水平对手足口病患儿的早期诊断及预后评估具有参考意义。

목적:탐토EV71수족구병환인검측신경원특이성희순화매(NSE)、기산격매뇌형동공매(CK-BB)、S-100B단백적림상의의。방법선택본원수치적50례중증수족구병환인위중증조,50례보통형수족구병환인위보통조,선택30례건강인동위대조조,채용매련면역흡부법측정삼조연구대상혈청NSE화S-100B단백표체수평。채용전영법검측CK-BB표체수평,비교삼조연구대상혈청NSE、S-100B급CK-BB표체수평적차이。결과중증조、보통조、대조조혈청NSE、CK-BB、S-100B표체수평존재현저차이(P<0.01),중증조환인혈청NSE、CK-BB、S-100B표체수평고우보통조,중증조급보통조환인혈청NSE、CK-BB、S-100B표체수평균고우대조조。결론수족구병환인혈청NSE、CK-BB화S-100B표체수평승고,기혈청농도여병정상관,검측혈청NSE、CK-BB화S-100B표체수평대수족구병환인적조기진단급예후평고구유삼고의의。
Objective To investigate the linical signiifcance of detecting NSE, CK-BB and S-100B in serum on children with EV71 hand foot and mouth disease. Method 50 cases of children with severe hand foot and mouth disease were selected as severe group, 50 cases of children with common hand foot and mouth disease were selected as common group, and 30 cases of normal children were selcected as control group, concentration of NSE and S-100B proteinum in serum were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, concentration of CK-BB were detected with electrophoretic method. and level of NSE, S-100B and CK-BB were contrasted along three groups. Result Levels of NSE, CK-BB and S-100B in serum were notable different along three groups (P < 0.05), levels of NSE, CK-BB and S-100B were higher in severe group and common group than in control groups (P<0.05), levels of NSE, CK-BB and S-100B were higher in severe group than in common group (P<0.05). Conclusion Levels of NSE, CK-BB and S-100B in serum increasing in children with EV71 hand foot and mouth disease, the and concentration is correlative with pathogenetic condition, and detecting NSE, CK-BB and S-100B in serum is signiifcative for early diagnosis and evaluating prognosis.
