目的：对不同分娩体位对母婴带来的影响进行探讨。方法随机选取本院妇产科产妇156名，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组产妇采用自由体位分娩，对照组产妇采用传统体位分娩，比较两组产妇的分娩方式、产后2小时出血及新生儿窒息情况。结果试验组产妇顺产率高于对照组（χ2＝5.20， P＜0.05），剖宫产率低于对照组（χ2＝5.13，P＜0.05），产后2小时出血率低于对照组（χ2＝4.20， P＜0.05），新生儿窒息率低于对照组（χ2＝3.85，P＜0.05）。结论自主体位分娩较传统体位减轻了产妇分娩的痛苦，降低新生儿窒息率，提高分娩质量，在临床上应加以推广使用。
목적：대불동분면체위대모영대래적영향진행탐토。방법수궤선취본원부산과산부156명，수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조산부채용자유체위분면，대조조산부채용전통체위분면，비교량조산부적분면방식、산후2소시출혈급신생인질식정황。결과시험조산부순산솔고우대조조（χ2＝5.20， P＜0.05），부궁산솔저우대조조（χ2＝5.13，P＜0.05），산후2소시출혈솔저우대조조（χ2＝4.20， P＜0.05），신생인질식솔저우대조조（χ2＝3.85，P＜0.05）。결론자주체위분면교전통체위감경료산부분면적통고，강저신생인질식솔，제고분면질량，재림상상응가이추엄사용。
Objective To explore the different delivery position impact on maternal and infant. Method 156 obstetrics were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in maternal and gynecology hospital, experimental group using free position production, production, and the control group with traditional position compared two groups of maternal mode of delivery, 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia. Result Experimental natural birth rate was higher than the control group (χ2 =5.20, P < 0.05), cesarean section rate was lower than the control group (χ2=5.13, P<0.05), 2 hours postpartum bleeding rate was lower than the control group (χ2=4.20, P<0.05), neonatal asphyxia rate was lower than the control group (χ2=3.85, P<0.05). Conclusion Independent position childbirth than traditional position decrease childbirth pain and the rate of neonatal asphyxia, improve the quality of delivery. It is worth popularizing in clinical use.
