目的：介绍整合成本-效果分析软件CHOICE的基本理论与方法，为决策者提供健康效益最大化的卫生资源分配的循征决策依据。方法：收集并整理文献资料，介绍CHOICE的概念、模型与方法。结果： CHOICE软件基于马尔可夫模型和蒙特卡罗拟合，通过一系列有相关性的干预成本及效益与完全无干预的基线状态进行比较，形成成本-效益排序列表，为卫生资源分配提供循证依据。结论： CHOICE是促进资源公平有效分配的重要辅助决策软件，继续推动CHOICE软件开发的标准化、简洁化、科学化以及普及化意义深远。

To understand the basic theory and method of Integration Cost-Effective Analysis Software CHOICE so as to provide the decision maker evidence-based decision basis for the maximum benefit health resource allocation. Methods: Both Chinese and English literature were collected and the concept, models and methods of CHOICE were summarized. Results: Based on Markov Modeling and Monte Carlo matching, CHOICE presents cost-effectiveness ordered list through comparing a series of relative intervention costs and effects and the non-intervention baseline state. Conclusion: CHOICE Software is a critical component of decision making which ensures the available resources are used equitably and efficiently. Continuing to promote the development of standard, concise, scientific, and popular CHOICE software has deep significance.
