针对导弹环境瞬态温度测试系统的特定要求及现有存储测试系统存在的测试精度低、可靠性差、成本高等问题,本文论证并设计了基于K型热电偶的动态存储测试系统。文章介绍了系统组成,并对测试系统的可行性进行了论证,提出了热电偶动静态校准的关键技术。该技术为环境温度的测量提供了重要的保障,用实测的数据对系统进行动静态校准,分析得出相关结论。研究表明:该测试系统具有实际工程使用价值,可为分析导弹环境温度提供一种快速的、有效的、精确的测试手段。

According to the specific requirements for the transit temperature test system of the missile environment and the existing problem such as low test precision,poor reliability and high cost of the present storage test system, this article demonstrates and designs dynamic memory test system based on the K-style thermocouple. It introduces the system composition,demonstrates practicability of the test system and provides the key technologies of dynamic and static calibration for the thermocouple. These key technologies provide guarantee for the environmental temperature measurements,make the dynamic and static calibration of system with the actual tested data,analyze and come to relative conclusions. The research shows that the test system possess the practical engineering value, and gives a quick,effective and precise test means for analyzing missile environment temperature.
