常州夹江管线桥的施工过程中，为加快施工进度，减少大型船机占用时间，开发出钢吊箱旋转挂架装置。该装置为旋转绞接结构，在钢吊箱吊装前预先焊接在墩台桩的钢护筒上，吊箱安装过程中待吊箱底部完全套入桩头后将旋转挂架向外翻开，将吊杆挂在挂架上来承受钢吊箱及封底混凝土的重量。使用该装置，可节省费用，简化施工程序，使施工过程更加安全，高效，在深水桥墩钢吊箱施工中极具推广价值。
