The paper has taken Siping for example, and used multi objective genetic algorithm (GA) method to optimize water distribution schemes for planning level year. Then water resources optimal allocation in Siping would be obtained. The paper also proposed some reasonable measures for local water resources optimization allocation, and provided references for water resources sustainable development.
