Briefly describe the process of power Li-ion battery pack encapsulation and the structure of the entire packaging process equipment. In order to reduce the cost and maintenance costs of equipments,simplify the structure of the control system,and improve the device adaptability,we contact the control unit,human-machine interface and the measure instruments together through the EtherNet/IP technology. In this paper we circumstantiate the methods of network structured,the networking module settings and software configuration of the EtherNet/IP fieldbus. The result is the performance of product is in full compliance with process standards through the actual application of corporate,and the initial design aims come true.
