为了用建筑垃圾再生骨料配制不同强度等级的再生砌块,系统地研究了邯郸地区不同来源再生骨料的颗粒级配、主要组分、堆积密度、压碎指标、针片状颗粒含量、微粉含量等技术指标,并对再生骨料进行品质划分,以提高再生骨料的均质性。分别选取合适的配合比,用不同品质的再生细骨料和粗骨料,根据工程需要配制不同强度等级的再生砌块,并测定再生砌块的抗压强度、块体密度、吸水率、传热系数等物理性能。试验结果表明:使用高品质的再生粗、细骨料可以配制用于承重结构的高强度等级的再生砌块;使用低品质的再生粗、细骨料可以配制用于围护填充墙强度要求的再生砌块。通过用不同品质的再生骨料配制不同强度等级的再生砌块的试验,可为再生砌块的生产和推广提供依据。

In order to compound the different strength levels of regenerative blocks by construction garbage of recycled aggregate,sys-tematically researched the particle size distribution,main component,bulk density,crushing index,flakiness particle content,powder con-tent,and other technical indicators of different sources of recycled aggregate in Han Dan.And also classification the recycled aggregate, then improve the homogeneity of the recycled aggregate.Select the appropriate mixing ratio respectively.Use different types of recycled fine aggregate and coarse aggregate.According to the project needs compound the different intensity levels of regenerative blocks,and measured the compressive strength,bulk density,water absorption,heat transfer coefficient and other physical properties of regenerative blocks.The results of experimental showed that using high quality category coarse and fine recycled aggregate can compound high intensity levels of regenerative blocks which is used for load-bearing structure.Using low quality category coarse and fine recycled aggregate can compound regenerative blocks which is used for strength requirements of the filled building envelope.The test which is using different quality of recycled aggregate to compound different intensity levels of regenerative blocks can provide the basis for the production promo-tion of the regenerative.
