尾矿和天然河砂可以填补机制砂中细颗粒的不足并与机制砂组成级配良好的混合砂。本试验研究了河砂和铜尾矿取代机制砂制备混合砂的MB值、级配及不同水灰比下砂浆的性能。结果表明:混合砂MB值随河砂取代量的增加而降低,随铜尾矿取代量的增加而增加;河砂使混合砂中粉料含量降低、细度模数略有降低,而铜尾矿使混合砂粉料含量增加、细度模数降低;砂浆稠度随着河砂取代量的增加而降低,而随铜尾矿的增加而增大;河砂或铜尾矿掺入机制砂时,砂浆抗折抗压强度均有所提高;相同流动度下,掺入河砂砂浆的干缩率减低,而掺入铜尾矿则使其增加。

The copper tailings and natural river sand were added in the manufactured sand to modify the poor particle gradation of manu-factured sand,and mixed sands with fine gradation were prepared.The MB values and the gradation of mixed sands and the properties of mixed sand mortar with different water-cement ratio were studied.Results indicated that the MB values of mixed sands,the mortar consis-tency and the powder content decreased with the increase of replacement ratio of river sand for manufactured sand,but increased with the increase of replacement ratio of copper tailings.When river sand and copper tailings were used to replace part of manufactured sand,the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar increased.With similar spread value,the replacement of river sand decreased mortar drying shrinkage while the copper tailings increased it slightly.
