通过不同掺量的黏土及石灰石粉对水泥浆体性能的影响研究,探讨石灰石粉对掺入黏土的水泥浆体性能的改善效应。结果表明:随着黏土掺量的增加水泥净浆流动度明显降低,随着石灰石粉掺量的增加水泥净浆流动度明显增加。当黏土与石灰石粉复掺时,掺入石灰石粉能够改善黏土对水泥净浆流动性不利的影响,提高水泥净浆流动度。当黏土等质量替代机制砂时,黏土掺量小于4%时,水泥胶砂3、28 d的抗折、抗压强度并没有降低,当黏土掺量大于4%时,水泥胶砂3、28 d的抗折、抗压强度随着黏土掺量的增加明显降低。当石灰石粉等质量替代机制砂时,水泥胶砂各龄期的抗折、抗压强度随着石灰石粉掺量的增加而降低。当掺入2%黏土,石灰石粉的掺量对于水泥胶砂3、28 d抗折强度影响较小,水泥胶砂3、28 d抗压强度随着石灰石粉掺量的增加而降低。综合水泥净浆流动度和水泥胶砂强度的变化规律,当有黏土存在时,石灰石粉的掺量小于12%时水泥净浆流动度和胶砂强度综合效果较好。

Improvement effect of limestone powder on performance of cement paste with clay is explored by studying the performance of cement paste adding clay and limestone powder.The results indicated that the fluidity of cement paste significantly decreased with in-creasing of clay dosage,but it increased with increasing of limestone powder dosage.The limestone powder can improve adverse effect of clay on the fluidity of cement paste with clay and limestone powder and increase the fluidity of cement paste.When clay replaced ma-chine-made sand,the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar at every age didn’t decrease with less than 4% clay,the flexural and compressive strength at 3 days and 28 days obviously decreased with more than 4% clay.When limestone powder replaced ma-chine-made sand,the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar at 3 days and 28 days decreased with increasing of limestone powder dosage.When the dosage of clay was 2%,the effect of limestone powder dosage on the flexural strength of cement mortar at 3 days and 28 days was little,and the compressive strength of cement mortar at 3 days and 28 days decreased with increasing of limestone powder dosage.When there was clay,the fluidity of cement paste and strength of cement mortar was better with less than 12% limestone powder by colligating rules of the fluidity of cement paste and strength of cement mortar.
