目的:探讨CT 引导下神经根脉冲射频加神经根周围注射倍他米松治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法2012年5月~2013年2月,对46例腰椎间盘突出症,在CT导引下精确定位神经根后,突出椎间盘节段神经根脉冲射频治疗,相应椎间孔内神经根周围注射倍他米松1 ml+生理盐水1 ml。结果均顺利完成治疗,无并发症。术后6个月随访,按改良MacNab标准:优28例,良12例,可4例,差2例,优良率87.0%(40/46),有效率95.7%(44/46)。结论神经根脉冲射频加神经根周围药物注射是腰椎间盘突出症的一种微创、有效、安全的治疗方法。

목적:탐토CT 인도하신경근맥충사빈가신경근주위주사배타미송치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법2012년5월~2013년2월,대46례요추간반돌출증,재CT도인하정학정위신경근후,돌출추간반절단신경근맥충사빈치료,상응추간공내신경근주위주사배타미송1 ml+생리염수1 ml。결과균순리완성치료,무병발증。술후6개월수방,안개량MacNab표준:우28례,량12례,가4례,차2례,우량솔87.0%(40/46),유효솔95.7%(44/46)。결론신경근맥충사빈가신경근주위약물주사시요추간반돌출증적일충미창、유효、안전적치료방법。
