目的:评价某“三甲”医院门诊糖皮质激素类药的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取该院2011年11月至2013年11月172500张门诊处方,其中糖皮质激素处方22425张,对处方中的药物品种、使用科别、给药途径以及不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果:糖皮质激素类药在该院门诊使用广泛,处方使用率占13.00%,其中皮肤科使用率达34.00%,且注射用地塞米松磷酸钠的使用率最高(32.32%),给药途径以静脉滴注方式最为常见,不合理处方比例为28.27%。结论:该院门诊糖皮质激素类药还存在不合理使用现象,医药人员应高度重视。

목적:평개모“삼갑”의원문진당피질격소류약적사용정황,촉진림상합리용약。방법:수궤추취해원2011년11월지2013년11월172500장문진처방,기중당피질격소처방22425장,대처방중적약물품충、사용과별、급약도경이급불합리용약정황진행통계분석。결과:당피질격소류약재해원문진사용엄범,처방사용솔점13.00%,기중피부과사용솔체34.00%,차주사용지새미송린산납적사용솔최고(32.32%),급약도경이정맥적주방식최위상견,불합리처방비례위28.27%。결론:해원문진당피질격소류약환존재불합리사용현상,의약인원응고도중시。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the outpatient utilization of glucocorticoids so as to promote rational use of glucocorti-coids. METHODS:172 500 outpatient prescriptions from Nov. 2011 to Nov. 2013 were collected randomly from this hospital,of which 22 425 were glucocorticoid prescriptions on which a statistical analysis was performed with regard to drug varieties,depart-ments in which glucocorticoid drugs were used,routes of administration and irrational drug use. RESULTS:Glucocorticoids were widely used in the outpatients,and which were prescribed in 13.00% of the outpatient prescriptions,with dermatological depart-ment topping the list (34.00%) in terms of rate of glucocorticoid use;Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate for injection was the most frequently used glucocorticoid drug(32.32%);drip infusion was the most common route of administration;the rate of irratio-nal use was 28.27%. CONCLUSIONS:The outpatient utilization of glucocorticoids in this hospital is somewhat irrational,which needs great attention of both physicians and pharmacists.
