目的：探讨口服呋塞米治疗一期梅尼埃病的疗效。方法60例一期梅尼埃病患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,给予低盐饮食加口服呋塞米20mg/ d；对照组30例,给予低盐饮食。连续使用半年,观察眩晕控制情况。结果眩晕控制：治疗组 A 级5例,B 级8例,C 级11例,D 级4例,E 级2例,眩晕控制有效率为80％；7例患者出现低钾血症(23.3％)。对照组 A 级3例,B 级5例,C 级8例,D 级10例,E 级4例,眩晕控制有效率为53.3％。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论一期梅尼埃病患者长期低盐饮食的同时口服呋塞米可很好地控制眩晕发作。长期口服呋塞米有可能会出现低钾血症,应注意补钾。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the furosemide for treatment of Meniere’s disease(MD). Method 60 patients with one stage MD were divided into two groups:the patients in experimental group were given furosemide at a dose of 20mg/ d and low-salt diet for 6 month, and the patients in control group with low-salt diet on-ly. Result The effective rate of vertigo control in experimental group was 80% ,7 patients were found hypokalemia, and the effective rate of vertigo control in control group was 53. 3% . Conclusion Furosemide combined with low-salt diet can control the vertigo attack of one stage MD effectively. Hypokalemia should be attentioned if furosemide was used in treating MD.
