不射精症在临床上属于男科的疑难病之一，因其没有特效的治疗药物和方案，也困扰着很多男科医生，而李海松教授发挥中医的优势，运用“微调阴阳法”通过多层次、多角度认识不射精症的中医发病机制，并提出温肾活血法治疗法则，特此总结以期为治疗不射精症提供新的思路与方法。
