研究了微分电位溶出技术测定蔬菜干制品中铜含量新的测定方法,对影响检测结果的底液 pH值、沉积电位、平衡电位、沉积时间、平衡时间等参数进行了优化。通过实验结果表明,铜的线性测定范围为0~1600 ng,相关系数r=0.9976,铜的检出限为0.85 ng/mL。该法测定蔬菜干制品中铜含量的结果与石墨原子吸收法无显著差异。

A new method for detecting copper content in dried vegetables by quadratic differential po-tentiometric stripping is studied.Experimental parameters are optimized,such as pH values,deposi-tion potential,equilibrium potential,deposition time,equilibrium time.The peak data are linear with the concentration in the range from 0 ng to 1600 ng;the correlation coefficient r is 0.9976;the detec-tion limit is 0.85 ng/mL.The result of this method has no significant difference with that of GFAAS.
