急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ ARDS）是ICU中常见的危重症，其发病率和死亡率持续居高不下，机械通气是ARDS最重要的治疗手段之一，长期持续使用呼吸机或应用不当可引起呼吸机相关性肺炎（ VAP）等并发症，使得患者死亡率和医疗费用增加。呼吸机捆绑式治疗措施能降低机械通气患者VAP的发生率和死亡率，降低机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和医疗费用，应得到广泛的应用和发展。现将呼吸机捆绑式治疗ARDS患者的应用进展做一综述。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS) is common in critically ill patients in ICU, which remains high morbidity and mortality .Mechanical ventilation is one of the most important means of treatment for ARDS .But long-term sustainable use of ventilator or improper application can cause ventilator -associated pneumonia ( VAP ) and other complications , making the mortality and health care costs increased .The ventilator bundle treatment can decrease the incidence of VAP and mortality in mechanical ventilation patients , and reduce duration of mechanical ventilation , ICU length of stay and health care costs , so it should be widely applied and developed .
