目的：观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有抑郁症的胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月～2013年10月胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者90例作为研究对象，并将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者使用常规药物治疗，治疗组患者在使用常规治疗药物的基础上联合应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。4周后观察两组患者治疗后的胃溃疡情况及Hamiltion抑郁量表（HAMD）评分情况。结果4周后，对照组总有效率为87.78%，治疗组总有效率为96.67%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后的HAMD评分均下降，但治疗组评分下降程度明显大于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均无明显的不良反应。结论联用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有抑郁症的胃溃疡患者疗效优于常规药物治疗，具有很好的临床使用价值。
목적：관찰불고새둔미리곡신치료반유억욱증적위궤양환자적림상료효。방법선취2013년3월～2013년10월위궤양반억욱증환자90례작위연구대상，병장소유환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조환자사용상규약물치료，치료조환자재사용상규치료약물적기출상연합응용불고새둔미리곡신치료。4주후관찰량조환자치료후적위궤양정황급Hamiltion억욱량표（HAMD）평분정황。결과4주후，대조조총유효솔위87.78%，치료조총유효솔위96.67%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조치료후적HAMD평분균하강，단치료조평분하강정도명현대우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조균무명현적불량반응。결론련용불고새둔미리곡신치료반유억욱증적위궤양환자료효우우상규약물치료，구유흔호적림상사용개치。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on treatment of stomach ulcer accompanied with depression by Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets.Methods 90 patients enrolled were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group patients were treated with conventional drug. Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets were used for the treatment group with conventional drug. After 4 weeks, the situation of stomach ulcer and Hamiltion Depression Scale(HAMD)score were observed.Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were both significant. The total effective rate of control group was 82.6%, while the treatment group was 95.8%(P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMD scores of two group were dropped, but the treatment group score has a significantly decrease than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant side effects in two groups. Conclusion The Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets do good to the stomach ulcer associated patients with depression.
