目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)加纳米银敷料促进Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的疗效。方法选取2011年5月~2012年3月Ⅱ度烧伤患者90例,随机分成治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组创面换药时外用rhEGF,对照组创面换药时外用生理盐水,其他处理措施两组完全相同。观察两组患者创面局部和全身的不良反应、创面愈合时间及瘢痕生成情况。结果治疗组浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的瘢痕发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.2198,P<0.05);治疗组外用rhEGF无明显不良反应。结论 rhEGF加纳米银敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤能加快烧伤创面的愈合速度,提高愈合质量,减少瘢痕的形成,无明显不良反应,安全性好。

목적:관찰중조인표피생장인자(rhEGF)가납미은부료촉진Ⅱ도소상창면유합적료효。방법선취2011년5월~2012년3월Ⅱ도소상환자90례,수궤분성치료조45례화대조조45례,치료조창면환약시외용rhEGF,대조조창면환약시외용생리염수,기타처리조시량조완전상동。관찰량조환자창면국부화전신적불량반응、창면유합시간급반흔생성정황。결과치료조천Ⅱ도화심Ⅱ도소상적유합시간균현저단우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P균<0.05);치료조심Ⅱ도소상환자적반흔발생솔현저저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(χ2=4.2198,P<0.05);치료조외용rhEGF무명현불량반응。결론 rhEGF가납미은부료치료Ⅱ도소상능가쾌소상창면적유합속도,제고유합질량,감소반흔적형성,무명현불량반응,안전성호。
Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on the acceleration of Ⅱdegree burn wound healing.Methods90 patients suffering fromⅡdegree burn were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases). The patients of the treatment group were treated with rhEGF in the way of local sprinkling, while those patients of were treated with 0.9% saline in the same way, and other measure was completely identical in two groups. The local and systemic reactions, the healing time of wounds and the scar production situation of patients were observed.Results The healing time of superficial Ⅱ degree and deep Ⅱ degree burn of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(allP<0.05);the scar occurred incidence of deepⅡdegree burns patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than control group(χ2=4.219 8,P<0.05);these was no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion The rhEGF plus nanometer silver dressing combination can accelerate the rate of healing of burn wounds in the treatment of Ⅱ degree burns, improve the quality of healing, reduce scar formation with no significant adverse reactions, which is high safety.
