目的:探讨实施早期吞咽功能训练对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年8月~2013年10月收治的50例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础之上实施早期吞咽功能康复训练。4周后对两组患者吞咽功能及临床效果进行判定。结果:观察组患者吞咽功能评分以及临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施早期吞咽功能训练,不仅能有效改善患者吞咽功能障碍,而且能提高其临床治疗效果,对提高患者的生存质量具有重要意义。

목적:탐토실시조기탄인공능훈련대뇌졸중탄인공능장애환자공능회복적림상료효。방법:선취2012년8월~2013년10월수치적50례뇌졸중후탄인공능장애환자위연구대상,수궤장기등분위관찰조화대조조,대조조급여상규호리,관찰조재차기출지상실시조기탄인공능강복훈련。4주후대량조환자탄인공능급림상효과진행판정。결과:관찰조환자탄인공능평분이급림상료효명현우우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:실시조기탄인공능훈련,불부능유효개선환자탄인공능장애,이차능제고기림상치료효과,대제고환자적생존질량구유중요의의。
To investigate the swallowing function training of nursing intervention on clinical efficacy in patients with dysphagia recovery after stroke. Methods:In our hospital in 50 cases of stroke patients from August 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital,and they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group with conventional therapy and nursing,while the observation group received the conventional treatment and nursing of swallowing function training based on normal therapy and nursing. After 4 weeks,according to judge the curative effect of treatment of two groups were deter-mined. Results:Patients with swallowing function score and the clinical efficacy rate was better than the control group,there was significant difference be-tween the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The swallowing function training can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with dysfunction,but also can improve the clinical efficacy,to improve the quality of life of patients with dysfunction has important significance.
