目的：探讨特需患者应用两种病员裤的效果。方法：抽取2011年1月~2012年12月住院患者中60例特需患者为研究对象，将其随机等分为改良组和对照组，改良组穿多细带护理裤，对照组穿传统病员裤。比较两组患者对护理效果的满意度及方便性。结果：改良组患者对护理效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)，医护人员对多细带护理裤方便的评价高于传统病员裤(P<0.05)。结论：自制多细带护理裤提高了特需患者的生活质量，增加了患者的满意度，改善了护患关系。

목적：탐토특수환자응용량충병원고적효과。방법：추취2011년1월~2012년12월주원환자중60례특수환자위연구대상，장기수궤등분위개량조화대조조，개량조천다세대호리고，대조조천전통병원고。비교량조환자대호리효과적만의도급방편성。결과：개량조환자대호리효과적만의도고우대조조(P<0.05)，의호인원대다세대호리고방편적평개고우전통병원고(P<0.05)。결론：자제다세대호리고제고료특수환자적생활질량，증가료환자적만의도，개선료호환관계。
To observe the application effect of multiple thin strip of nursing pants in clinical nursing. Methods:Selected 60 cases of special pa-tients and randomly divided into improvement group and control group. The improvement group used the multiple thin strip of nursing pants,while the control group were dressed in traditional patient pants. Results:The satisfaction of the improvement group with nursing effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Evaluation of the medical staff on the nursing trousers is higher than the traditional patient trousers,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion:The multiple thin strip of nursing pants improved the special quality of life of patients,in-creased the satisfaction of patients,and improved the nurse patient relationship.
