目的：总结广东省赴港成人精神专科护士的工作体验。方法：采用现象学研究方法，深入访谈广东省20名粤港成人精神专科护士，并用Colaizzi的分析法分析资料。结果：粤港成人精神专科护士的工作体验包含3个要点：感恩与收获、面临的难题、创新与突破。刚开始面对全新的工作内容时，她们面临诸多困难，但是随之产生的责任和使命感，促使其克服难题，并且在此过程中，不断地成长与进步，收获颇多。结论：行政管理部门应尽快建立完善的专科护理行业规范，在粤港专科护士培养、工作及发展过程中提供必要的支持系统，使其尽快成长并发挥才能。

To describe the work experience and needs of Guangdong-Hongkong adult psychiatric specialty nurses. Methods:Phenomeno-logical methodology was adopted in this study. In-depth interview was conducted on 20 adult psychiatric specialized nurses. Data were analyzed by Colaizzi′s anal-ysis. Results:Three main points were extracted,including responsibility and mission,facing challenges,innovation and break throught. When they began their new jobs,they confronnted many challenges,but they conquered them with responsibility and mission. Finally,they felt growing up and harvested a lot during this time. Conclusion:Administrators should formulate the practice standards for specialized nurses as soon as possible and provide necessary for their train-ing,working and development.
