目的：分析本院医务人员职业暴露的危险因素，针对存在问题制定相应的管理对策。方法：自行设计调查问卷于2012年7月~2013年6月对我院的89名医护人员的职业暴露及防护执行情况进行调查。结果：医务人员存在职业暴露防护措施执行率较低，且医师职业暴露防护措施总执行率更低于护士。结论：建立健全规章制度，加强医护人员职业暴露相关知识的培训，执行规范性操作，提供较好的防护用品，是减少医护人员职业暴露，保障职业安全的有效途径。

목적：분석본원의무인원직업폭로적위험인소，침대존재문제제정상응적관리대책。방법：자행설계조사문권우2012년7월~2013년6월대아원적89명의호인원적직업폭로급방호집행정황진행조사。결과：의무인원존재직업폭로방호조시집행솔교저，차의사직업폭로방호조시총집행솔경저우호사。결론：건립건전규장제도，가강의호인원직업폭로상관지식적배훈，집행규범성조작，제공교호적방호용품，시감소의호인원직업폭로，보장직업안전적유효도경。
To investigate the hospital medical staff awareness of occupational exposure,risk factors for occupational exposure of medical personnel to develop appropriate management responses to the problem. Methods:A total of 89 medical staff′s exposure and prevent were investigated by self designed question-naire. Results:The medical staff of the hospital less than occupational exposure awareness,self-protection awareness was not strong,the doctors′occupational exposure protective measures overall implementation rate lower than the nurse. Conclusion:To establish and improve rules and regulations, strengthen health care occupational exposure related knowledge training, implementation of normative operation, providing a better protective equipment, health care is an effective way to reduce occupational exposure to ensure occupational safety.
