目的:探讨新时期综合性医院志愿者服务对门急诊就诊患者满意度及提升医院良好社会形象的作用。方法:选取2012年6~12月我院门诊就诊患者202例,调查对门急诊实施志愿者服务的意向、满意度、要求、意见和建议。结果:完成全部调查内容的188例,完成率为93.07%,达到问卷调查的目标受率。患者对志愿者服务评价不满意者为0,对志愿者服务评价为一般者7例,占3.72%;对志愿者服务评价为较满意者35例,占18.62%;患者对志愿者服务评价为满意者146例,占77.66%。患者对志愿者行为认为不好者1例,占0.53%;患者对志愿者行为认为较好者9例,占4.79%;患者对志愿者行为认为好者35例,占18.62%;患者对志愿者行为认为很好者143例,占76.06%。结论:新时期志愿者服务能缓解综合性医院门诊人力资源紧张现象,较好提升医院良好社会形象和患者的满意度。

To explore the satisfaction of volunteer service in outpatient and emergency patient and promote the hospital a good social image in new phase. Methods:A retrospective analysis in 202 patients who have received the service of social volunteers,the intentions, satisfaction,requirements,opinions and suggestions of volunteer service in outpatient and emergency were investigated. Results:188 completed the survey,the rate of completion was 93. 07%, reached the questionnaire target rate. The evaluation of"volunteer service for you is not satisfied" was 0,the evaluation of"volunteer service for you is nor-mal" was 3. 72%,the evaluation of "volunteer service for you is satisfactory" was 18. 62%,and the evaluation of "volunteer service for you is a satisfac-tion" was 77. 66%. Bad,accounted for 0. 52%,9 patients think that the activities of volunteer service was comparatively good,4. 79%,35 think that the ac-tivities of volunteer service was good,18. 62% good. 143 regarded the activities of volunteer service were very good,accounted for 76. 06%. Conclusion:The volunteer service can alleviate the tension of human resources in outpatient,to promote the hospital good social image and satisfaction of patients.
