目的:探讨4℃冰冻输液对重型颅脑损伤患者亚低温治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2012年10月~2013年12月期间我科收治的重型颅脑损伤患者50例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取常规亚低温治疗,观察组患者采取4℃冰冻输液亚低温治疗。比较两组患者的GCS评分、心率、呼吸频率、生存质量、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组GCS评分、心率、呼吸频率、生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:4℃冰冻输液能够有效改善重型颅脑损伤患者的生命体征,并降低并发症发生,提高患者生存质量,因此值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

목적:탐토4℃빙동수액대중형로뇌손상환자아저온치료적림상효과。방법:선취2012년10월~2013년12월기간아과수치적중형로뇌손상환자50례,수궤등분위대조조화관찰조,대조조환자채취상규아저온치료,관찰조환자채취4℃빙동수액아저온치료。비교량조환자적GCS평분、심솔、호흡빈솔、생존질량、병발증발생정황。결과:관찰조GCS평분、심솔、호흡빈솔、생존질량평분명현고우대조조(P<0.05),관찰조병발증발생정황저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:4℃빙동수액능구유효개선중형로뇌손상환자적생명체정,병강저병발증발생,제고환자생존질량,인차치득재림상상진행추엄여응용。
To analyze the effect of 4 ℃ frozen infusion and targeted nursing on the severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:50 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were chosen for analysis during October 2012-December 2013. All the patients were divided into two groups at random. The observa-tion group was treated with 4℃ frozen infusion and targeted nursing,while the control group was treated with normal mild hypothermia therapy and nursing. To compare the GCS scores,heart rate,complications and quality of life between two groups. Results:The GCS scores,heart rate,breath rabe and quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,while the complication occur rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:4℃ frozen infusion and nursing can improve the clinical index,complication occur and reduce the rate of side effect. It is worth to improve and apply.
