目的：探讨天灸疗法的贴敷时间对临床疗效的影响。方法：将220例支气管哮喘患者随机分为 A 组(9~10 h)35例,B 组(7~8 h)60例,C组(5~6 h)60例,D组(2~4 h)65例。比较天灸疗法不同贴敷时间对临床的疗效。结果：不同贴敷时间组患者疗效比较,4组组间疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其以C组(5~6 h)患者疗效最佳,优于其他组治疗效果(P<0.05)。不同贴敷时间组患者VAS评分比较,4组组间术前VAS评分差异无统计学意义。4组组间治疗后1周、3个月时 VAS 评分差异明显,尤其以 C 组患者 VAS 评分最低(P<0.05)。结论：使用天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘患者,其疗效和贴敷时间关系密切。因此在进行天灸疗法时,一定要掌握好贴敷时间,以尽量减少患者皮肤不适感。
목적：탐토천구요법적첩부시간대림상료효적영향。방법：장220례지기관효천환자수궤분위 A 조(9~10 h)35례,B 조(7~8 h)60례,C조(5~6 h)60례,D조(2~4 h)65례。비교천구요법불동첩부시간대림상적료효。결과：불동첩부시간조환자료효비교,4조조간료효비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05),우기이C조(5~6 h)환자료효최가,우우기타조치료효과(P<0.05)。불동첩부시간조환자VAS평분비교,4조조간술전VAS평분차이무통계학의의。4조조간치료후1주、3개월시 VAS 평분차이명현,우기이 C 조환자 VAS 평분최저(P<0.05)。결론：사용천구요법치료지기관효천환자,기료효화첩부시간관계밀절。인차재진행천구요법시,일정요장악호첩부시간,이진량감소환자피부불괄감。
To study the influence of attach time and skin reaction on curative effect of crude herb moxybustion. Methods:220 bronchial asthma patients with simple random method were divided into A(9-10 h)group with 35 patients,B(7-8 h) group with 60 patients,C(5-6 h) group with 60 pa-tients and D(2-4 h) group with 65 patients. The curative effects of four groups were compared. Results:Compaed the curative effect of different attach time of patients,the curative effect was significant difference among the four groups (P<0. 05). Especially curative effect of patients in 6 h group was best,and far better than the other groups in therapeutic effect (P<0. 05). Comparing VAS score of different attach time groups,difference between four groups in pre-operative VAS scores was not significant. Difference among four groups 1 week and 3 months after treatment in VAS score was significant,especially VAS score in C group patients was the lowest,and was far lower than other groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Using crude herb moxybustion treating patients with bronchial asthma,supplemented by some nursing measures,and the curative effect has no relation with the patient′s skin reaction,and is closely related to at-tach time. So in the crude herb moxybustion therapy,we must grasp the good post apply time,in order to minimize skin discomfort of patient.
