采用轻型动力触探 N10试验、地基系数 K30试验和弹性波探测等对朔黄重载铁路两个过渡段路基进行加固前后路基状态的检测,结合轴重分别为25 t、27 t、30 t ,行车速度分别为80 km/h、100 km/h共6种不同扩能方案,进行路基动力响应的有限元模拟和拟静力分析,对朔黄铁路重载扩能的路基强度条件进行评估。结果表明,加固前过渡段路基强度和承载力较低,不满足朔黄铁路进一步重载扩能的要求。采用斜向高压旋喷桩加固强化后,路基强度明显提高,加固后的朔黄铁路路基强度能够满足轴重27t、速度100 km/h的行车要求,但尚不具备开行30t轴重重载列车的条件。

The subgrade of two transitional line sections of the Shuo-Huang Heavy-haul Railway before and after reinforcement were investigated by light dynamic penetration N10 tests ,foundation coefficient K30 tests and e-lastic wave explorations .By means of the finite element and quasi-static methods ,the dynamic responses of the subgrade were analyzed corresponding to six capacity expansion schemes ,i .e .,the train runs at the speeds of 80 km/h and 100 km/h respectively and with different axle loads of 25 t ,27 t and 30 t .On the basis of field tests and dynamic response analyses ,the strengths of subgrade of the Shuo-Huang Railway Line subjected to heavy-haul capacity expansion were assessed .Results show as follows :The strength and carrying capacity of subgrade of the transition sections before reinforcement are too low to satisfy the requirements of the Shuo-Huang Railway for transport capacity enlargement ;the subgrade strength is improved significantly after rein-forcing by inclined jet grouting piles ,which facilitates running of trains at 100 km/h and with the axle load of 27 t ,however ,conditions to open to traffic of trains with the 30 t axle load remain unavailable .
