目的：观察三维适形放疗联合 EP 方案治疗晚期胸腺癌的治疗效果。方法：分析我院50例经病理细胞学确诊的晚期胸腺癌患者的临床资料，将患者按照不同治疗方法分为三组，A 组17例，采用三维适形放疗同期联合 EP 方案；B 组18例，采用 EP 方案两周期后贯续三维适形放疗；C 组15例，采用单纯三维适形放疗的方法。结果：三组局部控制率分别为88.2%、66.7%、46.7%，A 组显著高于 B、C 组，B 组显著高于 C 组。A、B 两组均无明显化疗毒副反应发生，放射性损伤发生率无显著差异。疾病控制率分别为94.1%、77.8%、53.3%，三组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：对晚期胸腺癌采用三维适形放疗同期联合 EP 方案的治疗效果优于单纯三维适形放疗及序贯放化疗，且毒副反应可耐受，可以控制肿瘤，减少复发。
목적：관찰삼유괄형방료연합 EP 방안치료만기흉선암적치료효과。방법：분석아원50례경병리세포학학진적만기흉선암환자적림상자료，장환자안조불동치료방법분위삼조，A 조17례，채용삼유괄형방료동기연합 EP 방안；B 조18례，채용 EP 방안량주기후관속삼유괄형방료；C 조15례，채용단순삼유괄형방료적방법。결과：삼조국부공제솔분별위88.2%、66.7%、46.7%，A 조현저고우 B、C 조，B 조현저고우 C 조。A、B 량조균무명현화료독부반응발생，방사성손상발생솔무현저차이。질병공제솔분별위94.1%、77.8%、53.3%，삼조비교차이균유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：대만기흉선암채용삼유괄형방료동기연합 EP 방안적치료효과우우단순삼유괄형방료급서관방화료，차독부반응가내수，가이공제종류，감소복발。
To observe the effect of three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination with EP regimen for treatment on advanced thymic carcinoma. Methods:To analyze the clinical data of 50 patients with ada-nced thymic carinoma. All patients were divided into three groups:group A 17 cases,to use three - dimensional con-formal radiotherapy combined EP regimen;group B 18 cases after two cycles of EP regimen used consistently contin-ued dimensional conformal radiotherapy;group C 15 cases,only use three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Re-sults:Local control rates of three groups were 88. 2% ,66. 7% ,46. 7% ,group A was significantly higher than B,C;group B was significantly higher than group C. In group A,B there were no significant side effects of chemotherapy,ra-dioactive injury rate was no significant difference. Disease control rates were 94. 1% ,77. 8% and 53. 3% in three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Advanced thymic carcinoma treated by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined EP regimen over the same period its therapeutic effect was better than simple sequential three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
