目的:探讨 Plk1和 p27在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及与甲状腺乳头状癌预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测 Plk1和 p27在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达情况。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌中 Plk1的阳性表达率明显高于正常甲状腺组织(P ﹤0.05)。Plk1在微灶癌(直径≤1cm)中的阳性表达率明显高于在癌灶直径﹥1cm 的甲状腺乳头状癌(P ﹤0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌中 p27阳性表达率(44.12%)明显低于正常甲状腺组织(80.00%,P ﹤0.05)。Plk1和 p27表达与包膜浸润、淋巴结转移情况相关。结论:Plk1在早期甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,联合检测 Plk1和 p27有助于甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断及预后评估。

목적:탐토 Plk1화 p27재갑상선유두상암중적표체급여갑상선유두상암예후적관계。방법:채용면역조직화학기술검측 Plk1화 p27재갑상선유두상암중적표체정황。결과:갑상선유두상암중 Plk1적양성표체솔명현고우정상갑상선조직(P ﹤0.05)。Plk1재미조암(직경≤1cm)중적양성표체솔명현고우재암조직경﹥1cm 적갑상선유두상암(P ﹤0.05)。갑상선유두상암중 p27양성표체솔(44.12%)명현저우정상갑상선조직(80.00%,P ﹤0.05)。Plk1화 p27표체여포막침윤、림파결전이정황상관。결론:Plk1재조기갑상선유두상암적발생、발전중기중요작용,연합검측 Plk1화 p27유조우갑상선유두상암적진단급예후평고。
To identify the expression of Plk1 and p27 and to discuss its relationship with prognosis in thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods:Plk1 protein expression level in thyroid papillary carcinomas was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results:The positive expression rate of Plk1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma was signifi-cantly higher than that in normal thyroid(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression in thyroid papillary microcarcinoma(≤1cm) tissues was significantly higher than that in larger thyroid papillary carcinoma( ﹥ 1cm)tissues(P ﹤ 0. 05). The posi-tive expression rate of p27 in the thyroid papillary carcinoma 44. 12% was significantly lower than that in normal thy-roid 80. 00%(P ﹤ 0. 05). The positive expression of Plkl and p27 was correlated with lymph node metastasis,envelop invasion(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Plk1 plays a constitutive role in the carcinogenesis and progression in thyroid pa-pillary carcinoma especially in the early phase,markedly correlated with the expression of Plk1 and p27 may be a powerful and aid in evaluating prognosis and infiltrative capability of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
