目的:观察康复新液联合 rhG - CSF(重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子)局部应用对放射性口腔炎的防治效果。方法:将46例经病理确诊的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,实验组(23例)采用康复新液联合rhG - CSF 稀释后含漱,对照组(23例)采用 rhG - CSF 稀释后含漱,两组均采用常规分割方式放疗。采用全美放射肿瘤治疗协作组(RTOG)急性放射性黏膜炎的分级标准,观察放射性口腔炎的发生时间、发生率及严重程度。结果:实验组与对照组放射性口腔炎平均发生时间分别为(28.57±1.93)d 及(19.57±1.95)d,P﹤0.001。放射性口腔炎总发生率分别为65.22%及91.30%,P =0.032。2级以上放射性口腔黏膜损伤发生率分别为17.39%及47.83%,P =0.028。结论:康复新液联合 rhG - CSF 能够延迟放射性口腔炎出现时间,降低放射性口腔的发生率,并减轻其损伤程度。

목적:관찰강복신액연합 rhG - CSF(중조인립세포집락자격인자)국부응용대방사성구강염적방치효과。방법:장46례경병리학진적두경부악성종류환자수궤분위량조,실험조(23례)채용강복신액연합rhG - CSF 희석후함수,대조조(23례)채용 rhG - CSF 희석후함수,량조균채용상규분할방식방료。채용전미방사종류치료협작조(RTOG)급성방사성점막염적분급표준,관찰방사성구강염적발생시간、발생솔급엄중정도。결과:실험조여대조조방사성구강염평균발생시간분별위(28.57±1.93)d 급(19.57±1.95)d,P﹤0.001。방사성구강염총발생솔분별위65.22%급91.30%,P =0.032。2급이상방사성구강점막손상발생솔분별위17.39%급47.83%,P =0.028。결론:강복신액연합 rhG - CSF 능구연지방사성구강염출현시간,강저방사성구강적발생솔,병감경기손상정도。
To observe the prevention and cure effect of combine Kangfuxin with rhG - CSF(recombi-nant human granulocyte colony - stimulating factor)on radiation - induced oral mucositis. Methods:All 46 cases of head and neck malignant tumor patients who received radiotherapy were divided into two groups:The research group,23 cases,use the mouthwash contain Kangfuxin and rhG - CSF;the control group,23 cases,ues the mouthwash just contain rhG - CSF. Both the two groups were adopted conventional fractionated radiotherapy. The evaluation of radia-tion oral mucositis was done according to the systems proposed by RTOG. The occurrence time,incidence rate and the degree of injury were observed. Results:In research group and control group the occurrence time of radiation - in-duced oral mucositis were(28. 57 ± 1. 93)days and(19. 57 ± 1. 95)days respectively,the total incidences of radia-tion - induced oral mucositis was 65. 22% and 91. 30% respectively,the incidences of above grade 2 radiation - in-duced oral mucositis was 17. 39% and 47. 83% . All the differences were significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Kang-fuxin combined with rhG - CSF could delay the occurrence time,reduce the incidence and degrade the degree of inju-ry on radiation - induced oral mucositis.
