中桥水库工程岸边开敞式溢洪道设计,采用分流墩消除闸墩尾部水翅、泄槽末端设分流趾、消力池内设消力墩的综合消能方式,使溢洪道水流平顺,消力池内形成稳定水跃,出泄水流与下游水位衔接良好,避免了对下游河床的冲刷。
