针对目前人才培养目标和社会发展需求，在地方师范院校中引导学生参加国家大学生创新创业活动，促使团队成员科研素质的提高，培养协同发展、合作共赢的团队意识，营造知难而进和积极向上的协作、竞争氛围，本文对地方师范院校国家大学生创新团队建设中存在的一些问题，结合个人的指导实践，提出了基于学生综合素质培养的动态管理模式和激发科研兴趣、完善评价体系、增强团队凝聚力等改革措施。

Aiming at the talent training objectives and requests from the developing society , it is important to direct college students to participate in national innovation activity in regional normal university campus , to promote competence of research and creativity for innovation team , to establish self-improvement , cooperation and double-win team spirits encountering the difficulties , constantly enhance a positive competitive atmosphere .In this paper , some of the problems in developing college student ’ s innovation team are investigated through the author ’ s personal guidance practices .Related measures are discussed , such as team member selection according to students ’ com-prehensive aptitude , dynamic management model to improve the evaluation system , and enhanced team cohesion to ensure long-term operation of innovative mechanisms .
