    在调查研究地方高校生物技术专业实践教学存在问题的基础上，提出一些改革措施，并构建了该专业实践教学体系。该实践教学体系应用到实践教学中，促进了本科生综合能力的提高。

    Based on extensive investigating and researching the problems about the previous practical teaching of biotechnology major in regional universities , we propose some innovation measures and set up the fulfillment practice teaching system .It has been proved that the reform can help the undergraduates develop their synthetic a -bility.
