为了行之有效地将食品安全教育和有机化学教学融合在一起，在有机化学教学过程中渗透食品安全知识、开展专题讲座、进行课外讨论及小论文撰写以及组织学生开展食品安全知识宣传，进行教学改革尝试，取得了一定成效。

In order to effectively integrate food safety education and the organic chemistry teaching effectively , four approaches are experimented , including introduction of food safety knowledge in the teaching of organic chem-istry, specialized lecture, discussion groups, essay writing, activities of propagation of food safety , and relevant teaching reforms .Some good results have been obtained from these efforts .
