This paper conducts a study on the best enzyme production conditions of a strain J -048 selected in low temperature,analyzes its culture temperature,medium initial pH value and the influence of enzyme production on the strain J-048 on different conditions such as nitrogen source,and determines the best enzyme production conditions of the strain J-048.
