采用半连续运行的序批式反应器进行试验,研究了发酵液中Fe3+对污泥微氧酸性发酵产物中丙酸比率的影响;分析了在不同Fe3+质量浓度下,发酵液中COD、糖、蛋白、氨氮、磷酸盐和细菌总数,产酸菌的变化规律。实验表明,投加Fe3+有利于提高发酵产物中丙酸产(比)率,当Fe3+投加质量浓度为50 mg/L时,反应器中产酸菌数量最多,丙酸占总酸比例达到峰值。

Effects of Fe3+ concentration on the propionic acid ratio in acidogenic fermentation product of sludge are investi-gated in sequencing batch reactor with semi continuous operation mode .The changing rules of COD ,soluble sugar ,protein , NH4+ -N ,phosphorus ,total number of bacteria and acid bacteria in fermentation liquor are analyzed .Experiments show that adding Fe3+ can help to improve the propionic rate of the fermented product ,when the concentration of Fe3+ dosing is 50 mg/L ,the acid bacteria in the reactor reaches the maximum and the propionic acid ratio can also reach the peak .
