通过对白蜡种子在不同盐浓度下的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗形态指标的测定,研究盐胁迫对白蜡种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,白蜡种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等指标呈下降趋势;在盐溶液浓度为50 mmol 灋L -1时,白蜡种子的活力指数与对照组相比差异已达显著水平,而其发芽率的下降并不显著,说明种子活力的下降先于发芽率;白蜡种子的活力指数受到了极显著的抑制作用,并且随着盐浓度的增加,活力指数持续呈下降趋势,表明白蜡活力指数受盐溶液影响很显著。

In this study ,the germination rate ,germination index ,vitality index and seedlings morphology of Fraxinus chinensis were measured at different salt concentrations ,with an attempt to explore the effect of salt stress on seeds germination characteristics of F .chinensis .The results showed that seed germination rate ,germination index ,vitality index were declined with increasing salt concentration .Compared with control group ,the difference of F .chinensis seeds vitality index reached significantly levels as salt solution at 50 mmol L -1 ,while the decreased germination rate was not obvious .This indicates the decrease of seeds vitality prior to germination ;F .chinensis vitality index is re-markably inhibited ,and vitality index keeps on decline with salt concentration increased .It is implied that F .chinen-sis vitality index is evidently affected by salt solution .
