从降低建筑能耗的角度出发,以寒冷地区(天津生态城)某公共建筑为研究对象,应用能耗模拟软件e-QUEST,模拟分析了外墙的传热系数对公共建筑节能的贡献率,并结合外墙各传热系数的造价进行综合经济技术分析,初步提出寒冷地区绿色建筑外墙的选用方案。

From the viewpoint of reducing building energy consumption, taking a public building in cold area (Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city City) as the research object, the simulating software e-QUEST is utilized to analyze the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall on building energy efficiency. Combining with the economic and technical analysis on cost of the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall, a scheme is preliminarily proposed for selection of the exterior wall of green building in cold regions.
