随着国家推进绿色建筑行动步伐的加快,既有建筑节能改造正在全国大面积开展,在既有建筑节能改造中,照明系统的节能改造是公共建筑节能改造的主要手段之一。目前在节能改造工作过程中,由于缺乏对照度值关键影响因素的认识,部分建筑仅考虑了降低照明功率值来达到节能的目的,忽视了改造后照度值的变化。通过解析照度计算方法,分析得到室内照度的影响因素主要包括了灯具自身参数和灯具所在房间的环境因素。通过实验分析,得到对T5灯管、T8灯管、螺口灯这三类灯具在不降低照度水平的情况下用LED灯具进行更换,可产生25%~90%不等的节能率,得到了灯具自身参数对于照度影响的结果;通过数值分析方法,以及室内环境因素对照度的影响分析,得到墙壁反射比与维护系数对照度的影响较天花板反射比的影响大,在相同变化幅度下,影响程度约为天花板反射比影响程度的2~16倍。通过分析,可知在实际照明改造过程中,应从灯具替换和环境因素改善两方面入手,全面改善照明质量。

With the accelerating pace of green buildings promotion, energy-saving renovation of exist-ing buildings have being carried out all over the country, and lighting system is an important method of saving energy for public buildings. But in the current energy transformation process, due to the lack of un-derstanding in accurate method to obtain illumination, only the lighting power value is considered in part of the buildings to reduce the energy, ignoring the changes of illumination. The basic method of calculating the illumination is analyzed. Both the lighting parameters and the environmental factors of the room are crucial to the illumination. By testing, replacing the T5 lamp, T8 lamp and screw bulb with LED light with-out reducing the level of illumination conditions can achieve energy saving rate of 25%to 90%, concluding the impact parameter for lighting illumination calculation. Through the numerical simulation and the indoor environmental factors analysis, the wall reflectance ratio and maintenance coefficient have stronger impact on illumination than ceiling reflectance ration; at the same amplitude of variation, the influence degree of these factors is about 2~16 times of the influence of the ceiling reflectance ratio. In the actual lighting transformation process, two aspects should be concerned, namely lamps replacement and indoor environ-ment improvement, in order to achieve an overall enhancing of lighting quality.
