本试验通过研究投喂频率对许氏平鲉幼鱼生长、饲料利用、营养成分及消化酶活性的影响,以确定其适宜投喂频率。选取平均体重为(5.63±0.17)g的许氏平鲉300尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。5组试验鱼以不同的投喂频率(分别为1d4次、1d3次、1d2次、2d3次和1d1次)投喂,试验期为60d。结果表明:随着投喂频率的增加,许氏平鲉的增重率、摄食率、特定生长率与饲料系数均呈升高趋势,1d2~4次组间特定生长率与饲料系数无显著差异( P>0.05),但均显著高于2 d 3次和1 d 1次组( P<0.05)。1 d 4次组幼鱼的肝体指数、脏体指数均显著小于1d1次组(P<0.05)。1d1次组鱼体水分含量显著高于1d2~4次组( P<0.05),1 d 1次组鱼体粗脂肪含量显著低于2 d 3次和1 d 2~4次组( P<0.05),1 d 4次组鱼体粗蛋白质和粗灰分含量显著低于1 d 1次组( P<0.05)。1 d 1次组肝脏中水分含量显著低于1 d 3~4次组( P<0.05),2 d 3次和1 d 1次组肝脏中粗脂肪含量显著高于1 d 4次组( P<0.05)。1 d 1次组胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性显著高于1 d 2~4次组( P<0.05),投喂频率超过1 d 2次后,消化酶活性并未随投喂频率的增加而产生显著变化( P>0.05)。综合考虑生长性能、饲料利用、营养成分与消化酶活性,许氏平鲉幼鱼的适宜投喂频率为1d2次。

본시험통과연구투위빈솔대허씨평유유어생장、사료이용、영양성분급소화매활성적영향,이학정기괄의투위빈솔。선취평균체중위(5.63±0.17)g적허씨평유300미,수궤분위5조,매조3개중복,매개중복20미어。5조시험어이불동적투위빈솔(분별위1d4차、1d3차、1d2차、2d3차화1d1차)투위,시험기위60d。결과표명:수착투위빈솔적증가,허씨평유적증중솔、섭식솔、특정생장솔여사료계수균정승고추세,1d2~4차조간특정생장솔여사료계수무현저차이( P>0.05),단균현저고우2 d 3차화1 d 1차조( P<0.05)。1 d 4차조유어적간체지수、장체지수균현저소우1d1차조(P<0.05)。1d1차조어체수분함량현저고우1d2~4차조( P<0.05),1 d 1차조어체조지방함량현저저우2 d 3차화1 d 2~4차조( P<0.05),1 d 4차조어체조단백질화조회분함량현저저우1 d 1차조( P<0.05)。1 d 1차조간장중수분함량현저저우1 d 3~4차조( P<0.05),2 d 3차화1 d 1차조간장중조지방함량현저고우1 d 4차조( P<0.05)。1 d 1차조위단백매、정분매화지방매활성현저고우1 d 2~4차조( P<0.05),투위빈솔초과1 d 2차후,소화매활성병미수투위빈솔적증가이산생현저변화( P>0.05)。종합고필생장성능、사료이용、영양성분여소화매활성,허씨평유유어적괄의투위빈솔위1d2차。
In order to determine the optimal feeding frequency for Sebastes schlegeli juveniles,the effects of feeding frequency on growth,feed utilization,nutrient components and digestive enzyme activities of Sebastes schlegeli juveniles were studied. Three hundred Sebastes schlegeli juveniles with an average body weight of (5.63±0.17)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate. The fish in the 5 groups had different feeding frequencies which were four meals per day,three meals per day,two meals per day,three meals per two days and one meal per day. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:with feeding frequency increasing,the weight gain rate,feed intake rate,specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio of juveniles all showed an increasing trend ,and the specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio in two to four meals per day groups were not significantly different( P>0.05),but were sig-nificant higher than those in three meals per two days and one meal per day groups( P<0.05). The hepatoso-matic index and viscerosomatic index in four meals per day group were significantly lower than those in one meal per day group( P<0.05). The moisture content of fish body in one meal per day group was significantly higher than that in two to four meals per day groups( P<0.05),while the crude lipid content in one meal per day group was significantly lower than that in three meals per two days and two to four meals per day groups ( P<0.05),and the contents of crude protein and ash of whole fish in four meals per day group were signifi-cantly lower than those in one meal per day group( P<0.05). The moisture content of liver in one meal per day group was significantly lower than that in three to four meals per day groups( P<0.05),while the crude lipid content in three meals per two days and one meal per day groups was significantly higher than that in four meals per day group( P<0.05). The activities of pepsin,amylase and lipase in one meal per day group were significantly higher than those in two to four meals per day groups( P<0.05),while the digestive enzymes ac-tivities had no significant changes with feeding frequency increasing when feeding frequency was more than two meals per day( P>0.05). Base on a comprehensive consideration of growth performance,feed utilization,nu-trient components and digestive enzyme activities,the optimal feeding frequency for Sebastes schlegeli juven-iles is two meals per day.
