为了研究苍术精油对锦江黄牛瘤胃体外发酵指标及养分降解率的影响,3头供试肉牛在夏季高温条件下饲养,通过瘤胃瘘管取其瘤胃液混合后,采用体外批次培养法,在精粗比为20∶80的基础饲粮中添加苍术精油,添加水平分别为0(对照组)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%和1.00%。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加苍术精油体外培养24 h后,各添加组瘤胃液总产气量、pH、氨态氮、各个挥发性脂肪酸( VFA)和总VFA浓度及乙酸/丙酸均没有显著变化( P>0.05),各添加组瘤胃液微生物蛋白质( MCP)含量总体呈现增加趋势,其中添加0.75%精油组瘤胃液MCP含量最高,比对照组提高了9.48%( P<0.05);2)与对照组比较,各添加组瘤胃液中培养底物的干物质( DM)和中性洗涤纤维( NDF)降解率差异均不显著( P>0.05);而酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗蛋白质(CP)降解率显著上升(P<0.05),其中,0.50%精油添加组ADF降解率比对照组提高了16.13%(P<0.05),0.75%精油添加组的 CP 降解率比对照组提高了31.58%(P<0.01)。综上,添加0.75%的苍术精油可促进锦江黄牛瘤胃液MCP的合成,提高CP的降解率。
為瞭研究蒼術精油對錦江黃牛瘤胃體外髮酵指標及養分降解率的影響,3頭供試肉牛在夏季高溫條件下飼養,通過瘤胃瘺管取其瘤胃液混閤後,採用體外批次培養法,在精粗比為20∶80的基礎飼糧中添加蒼術精油,添加水平分彆為0(對照組)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%和1.00%。結果錶明:1)與對照組相比,飼糧中添加蒼術精油體外培養24 h後,各添加組瘤胃液總產氣量、pH、氨態氮、各箇揮髮性脂肪痠( VFA)和總VFA濃度及乙痠/丙痠均沒有顯著變化( P>0.05),各添加組瘤胃液微生物蛋白質( MCP)含量總體呈現增加趨勢,其中添加0.75%精油組瘤胃液MCP含量最高,比對照組提高瞭9.48%( P<0.05);2)與對照組比較,各添加組瘤胃液中培養底物的榦物質( DM)和中性洗滌纖維( NDF)降解率差異均不顯著( P>0.05);而痠性洗滌纖維(ADF)和粗蛋白質(CP)降解率顯著上升(P<0.05),其中,0.50%精油添加組ADF降解率比對照組提高瞭16.13%(P<0.05),0.75%精油添加組的 CP 降解率比對照組提高瞭31.58%(P<0.01)。綜上,添加0.75%的蒼術精油可促進錦江黃牛瘤胃液MCP的閤成,提高CP的降解率。
위료연구창술정유대금강황우류위체외발효지표급양분강해솔적영향,3두공시육우재하계고온조건하사양,통과류위루관취기류위액혼합후,채용체외비차배양법,재정조비위20∶80적기출사량중첨가창술정유,첨가수평분별위0(대조조)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%화1.00%。결과표명:1)여대조조상비,사량중첨가창술정유체외배양24 h후,각첨가조류위액총산기량、pH、안태담、각개휘발성지방산( VFA)화총VFA농도급을산/병산균몰유현저변화( P>0.05),각첨가조류위액미생물단백질( MCP)함량총체정현증가추세,기중첨가0.75%정유조류위액MCP함량최고,비대조조제고료9.48%( P<0.05);2)여대조조비교,각첨가조류위액중배양저물적간물질( DM)화중성세조섬유( NDF)강해솔차이균불현저( P>0.05);이산성세조섬유(ADF)화조단백질(CP)강해솔현저상승(P<0.05),기중,0.50%정유첨가조ADF강해솔비대조조제고료16.13%(P<0.05),0.75%정유첨가조적 CP 강해솔비대조조제고료31.58%(P<0.01)。종상,첨가0.75%적창술정유가촉진금강황우류위액MCP적합성,제고CP적강해솔。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of Rhizoma Atractylodis oil on rumen ferment pa-rameters and nutrient degradability in vitro in Jingjiang yellow cattle. Three beef cattle were fed under high temperature environment in summer,and their rumen fluid were collected by rumen fistula and then mixed. An in vitro batch culture method was used in the study,and a basal diet with the concentrate to forage ratio of 20∶80 was supplemented with Rhizoma Atractylodis oil by 0(control group),0.25%,0.50%,0.75% and 1.00%,respectively. The results showed as follows:1)compare with the control group,the total gas produc-tion,pH,ammonia nitrogen,volatile fatty acid( VFA),total VFA concentration and acetic acid to propionic acid ratio in all supplemental groups were not significantly influenced(P>0.05),however,the rumen fluid microbial protein( MCP)content was tended towards increase compared with control group. The rumen fluid MCP content in the group supplemented with 0. 75% Rhizoma Atractylodis oil was increased by 9.48%( P<0.05)compared with control group. 2)No significant difference was noticed about the degradability of dry matter( DM)and neutral detergent fiber( NDF)among all groups( P>0.05),but the degradability of crude protein( CP)and acid detergent fiber( ADF)in rumen fluid culture substrate supplemented with Rhizoma At-ractylodis oil were significantly increased(P<0.05),especially,the degradability of ADF in group supple-mented with 0.50% Rhizoma Atractylodis oil was increased by 16.13%( P<0.05),and the degradability of CP was significantly increased by 31.58% in group supplemented with 0.75% Rhizoma Atractylodis oil( P<0.01) compared with control group. In conclusion,the diet supplemented with 0.75% Rhizoma Atractylodis oil can promote the rumen fluid MCP synthesis and increase the degradability of CP in Jinjiang yellow cattle.
